Custom Service Agreement for the 22-Day Cosmic Concoction Manifestation Challenge

This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Julia Henning (“Coach” or “Provider”) and the purchaser or participant (“Client” or “You”) upon enrollment in the 22-Day Cosmic Concoction Manifestation Challenge (the “Program”). By purchasing and participating in the Program, You agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Program Description

The 22-Day Cosmic Concoction Manifestation Challenge is a digital coaching program designed to guide Clients through daily manifestation practices, meditations, and exercises. The Program includes:

  • Daily prompts and practices.
  • Exclusive guided audio meditations.
  • Custom worksheets and resources for tracking progress.
  • Access to digital materials through a Client Portal.

The Program will officially launch on January 6, 2025, and is an evergreen program. Materials will remain accessible to Clients indefinitely after the launch date, allowing for ongoing participation and revisitation.

2. Payment Terms

  • Program Fee: The full program fee is due at the time of enrollment.
  • Non-Refundable: All payments are final. This Program is non-refundable, regardless of participation or completion. By purchasing, You acknowledge that no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be honored.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through Kajabi or the payment method selected at checkout.

3. Access to Materials

  • Program materials will be available through the Client Portal starting January 6, 2025.
  • Clients will retain lifetime access to the Program materials after the launch date.
  • Clients must retain their login credentials to access the materials. Lost access due to forgotten credentials can be resolved by contacting info@iamjuliahenning.com.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided during the Program, including but not limited to prompts, meditations, worksheets, and videos, are the intellectual property of Julia Henning.

  • You may not duplicate, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, or repurpose any Program content without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

5. Confidentiality

The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by the Client during the Program. Similarly, the Client agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the Coach and any other participants if applicable.

6. Disclaimer

  • Coaching Nature: This Program is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • No Guarantees: Results from this Program are not guaranteed. Success depends on the Client’s effort, engagement, and unique circumstances. The Provider makes no promises regarding specific outcomes or achievements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from participation in the Program.

  • The Provider’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the Program fee paid by the Client.

8. Force Majeure

The Provider shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other emergencies. In such cases, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Program in an alternative format or timeframe.

9. Participation Requirements

  • Clients are responsible for creating a distraction-free environment for engaging with the Program.
  • Active participation, including completing daily exercises, is encouraged but not mandatory.

10. Communication

  • Support inquiries can be directed to info@iamjuliahenning.com.
  • Message responses will typically be provided within 48 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST).

11. Termination of Access

The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Client’s access to the Program if the Client violates this Agreement, including sharing login credentials or engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Use of Testimonials

By participating in the Program, You agree that the Provider may use any feedback or testimonials You provide for marketing purposes. Personal details will be anonymized unless You provide explicit permission to use identifying information.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any mediation costs will be shared equally.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Program. No other agreements, promises, or representations, written or oral, shall be binding unless included in this Agreement.
