Custom Coaching Policy for the It Gets to Be Easy 1:1 Coaching Mastermind – Elevated Ease

This Coaching Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms, expectations, and commitments for participants enrolled in the It Gets to Be Easy 1:1 Elevated Ease Coaching Mastermind (the “Program”). By purchasing and participating in the Program, you (“Participant” or “Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Program Description

The It Gets to Be Easy 1:1 Elevated Ease Coaching Mastermind is a self-paced coaching experience designed to help Clients integrate the principles of ease, alignment, and authentic living. The Program includes:

• 12 private 1:1 coaching sessions – One deep-dive session before starting, ten weekly sessions aligned with the book’s chapters, and a final wrap-up session for integration.

• Signed copy of It Gets to Be Easy (If You Let It) – A personal touch to anchor the journey.

• Exclusive ‘It Gets to Be Easy’ sweatshirt – A wearable reminder of the commitment to ease.

• Access to an exclusive community space (if applicable) to connect and share insights with others.

• Flexible start date—clients can begin whenever they choose.

2. Payment Policy

• Program Fee: The full program fee must be paid in one installment upon enrollment.

• Non-Refundable: All payments are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued once the purchase is completed.

• No Payment Plans: This program is offered as a one-time payment to maintain accessibility and ease of enrollment.

3. Coaching Calls

Number of Calls:

• Clients in the Elevated Ease tier receive 12 private coaching calls – one before beginning the book’s chapters, ten aligned with the book’s content, and a final integration session.

Scheduling:

• Calls must be scheduled within 90 days of enrollment.

• Clients are responsible for booking calls using the provided scheduling link.

• Coaching call times are subject to availability.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations will not be rescheduled.

Communication Platform:

• Calls will take place via Zoom or another platform specified by Julia Henning.

4. Access to Program Materials

• Non-Transferable: Program access is limited to the enrolled participant and may not be shared with others.

• Updates: Julia Henning reserves the right to update Program content periodically to ensure relevance and value.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including coaching insights, session materials, and bonus resources, is the intellectual property of Julia Henning.

• Clients may use the materials for personal growth only.

• Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

• Julia Henning will maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during coaching sessions.

• Clients agree to respect the confidentiality of Julia Henning and other Program participants (if applicable).

7. Disclaimers

• Coaching Nature: The Program is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice.

• No Guarantees: Results from the Program vary based on individual effort and circumstances. Julia Henning makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

8. Communication and Support

• Response Time: Julia Henning or her team will respond to inquiries within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST).

9. Termination of Access

Julia Henning reserves the right to terminate access to the Program if a Client violates this Policy, including but not limited to:

• Sharing materials without authorization.

• Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: The Program fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Commitment: By enrolling, Clients acknowledge their commitment to the Program and their personal growth journey.

11. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

• Any mediation costs will be shared equally between the parties.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
