Custom Coaching Policy for the It Gets to Be Easy Mastermind

This Coaching Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms, expectations, and commitments for participants enrolled in the It Gets to Be Easy Mastermind (the “Program”). By purchasing and participating in the Program, you (“Participant” or “Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Program Description

The It Gets to Be Easy Mastermind is a self-paced coaching experience designed to help Clients integrate the principles of ease, alignment, and authentic living. The Program includes:

  • Immersive modules, guided meditations, and worksheets.
  • Two (2) one-on-one personalized coaching calls with Julia Henning.
  • Exclusive bonuses such as the Ease Blueprint Workbook and Sneak Peek Meditation.
  • Lifetime access to all course materials and resources.

2. Payment Policy

  • Program Fee: The full program fee must be paid either upfront or through the approved payment plan.
  • Non-Refundable: All payments are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued once the purchase is completed.
  • Payment Plans: If opting for a payment plan, payments must be completed as agreed at checkout. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.

3. Coaching Calls

  • Number of Calls: Clients are entitled to two (2) 60-minute personalized coaching calls as part of the Program.
  • Scheduling:
    • Calls must be scheduled within 90 days of enrollment.
    • Coaching call times are subject to availability.
    • Clients are responsible for booking calls using the provided scheduling link.
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling:
    • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Missed appointments or late cancellations will not be rescheduled.
  • Communication Platform: Calls will take place via Zoom or another platform specified by Julia Henning.

4. Access to Program Materials

  • Lifetime Access: Clients will retain ongoing access to all course materials after enrollment.
  • Non-Transferable: Access is limited to the enrolled participant and may not be shared with others.
  • Updates: Julia Henning reserves the right to update Program content periodically to ensure relevance and value.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including modules, meditations, worksheets, and bonuses, is the intellectual property of Julia Henning.

  • Clients may use the materials for personal growth only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

  • Julia Henning will maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during coaching sessions.
  • Clients agree to respect the confidentiality of Julia Henning and other Program participants (if applicable).

7. Disclaimers

  • Coaching Nature: The Program is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • No Guarantees: Results from the Program vary based on individual effort and circumstances. Julia Henning makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

8. Communication and Support

  • Email Support: For questions or support, contact info@iamjuliahenning.com.
  • Response Time: Julia Henning or her team will respond to inquiries within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST).

9. Termination of Access

Julia Henning reserves the right to terminate access to the Program if a Client violates this Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing materials without authorization.
  • Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: The Program fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Commitment: By enrolling, Clients acknowledge their commitment to the Program and their personal growth journey.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any mediation costs will be shared equally.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
